On January 30, the Mattachine Society of Washington, D.C. filed a motion in opposition to the Government’s Motion for Summary Judgment of MSDC v. The United States Department of Justice. MSDC’s motion calls out the Government’s woefully insufficient response in complying with its obligations while asking the Court to require the Government “to fulfill its statutory mandate to conduct reasonable searches for documents responsive to the Mattachine Society’s valid FOIA request.”
