Fifty years ago this month, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to “outlaw” the original Mattachine Society of Washington, D.C. by revoking its license to solicit funds in the District of Columbia.  Thanks to our separation of powers, this unconstitutional ‘bill of attainder’ died in the Senate.   Sounds a lot like the anti-homosexual “propaganda” law in Russia.
